For our Residential Customers, we offer three service packages to accomodate your needs:
The Value Package:
The following carpet cleaning package provides a good value, and a level of service in excess of most of our competitors normal services. Our value package is for customers needing predominantly traffic lane cleaning only. No furniture will be moved. This package includes the three step process outlined below;
1.) Precondition heavily soiled areas with natural citrus based cleaners. Removes as many stains as possible and also provides natural deodorization.
2.) Soil extraction with low moisture equipment. Contains neutral rinsing agents recommended for stain resistant carpets as well as wool and special fibers.
3.) Application of fabric softener removes detergent residue according to manufacturers specifications, leaving fibers with a soft, silky feeling.
Your investment in your carpets with this package is only $45.00 per room, up to 200 sq.ft. maximum room size. Above 200 sq.ft. $0.25 per sq.ft.
The Preferred Package:
The following carpet cleaning package provides carpet cleaning according to IICRC standards and manufacturer's specifications by a certified technician, and a level of service in far excess of most of our competitors best services. Our preferred package provides excellent value in addition to adhering to industry standards, thus preserving your carpets warrantee. This package does not include carpet protector or speed drying. Choose this package when carpet protection is not a necessity. This package includes the following nine step process;
1.) Microscopic Pre-inspection of carpets soil content and fiber characteristics, includes fiber burn test.
2.) Dry Vacuum Carpet Removes dry soils that can make up as much as 80% of carpets soil and can abrade and damage fibers.
3.) Precondition heavily soiled areas with natural citrus based cleaners. Removes as many stains as possible and also provides natural deodorization.
4.) Agitate Carpet Carpet grooming lifts and separates matted fibers in addition to even distribution of preconditioning agent.
5.) Soil extraction with low moisture equipment. Contains neutral rinsing agents recommended for stain resistant carpets as well as wool and special fibers.
6.) Application of fabric softener removes detergent residue according to manufacturers specifications, leaving fibers with a soft, silky feeling.
7.) Grooming of Carpet for even distribution of fabric softener.
8.) Furniture Moving Move light furniture. Important note: We do not move electronics, bookcases, pianos, antiques, or large heavy furniture.
9.) Blocks and Tabs placed under furniture to protect furniture that was moved, also protects the carpet from stains transferred from the furniture itself. Do not remove blocks and tabs from beneath furniture until carpet is completely dry.
Your investment in your carpets with this package is only $55.00 per room, up to 200 sq.ft. maximum room size. Above 200 sq.ft. $0.30 per sq.ft.
The Preferred Plus Package:
The following carpet cleaning package provides carpet cleaning according to IICRC standards and manufacturer's specifications by a certified technician, and a level of service unmatched by any of our competitors best services. Our preferred plus package provides outstanding value in addition to adhering to industry standards, thus preserving your carpets warrantee. This package includes carpet protector complete with a one year warrantee, and air movers to help speed the drying process. This package is simply the finest care your carpet can receive. This package includes the following twelve step process;
1.) Microscopic Pre-inspection of carpets soil content and fiber characteristics, includes fiber burn test.
