We have chosen to do this through the guidelines of an international non-profit organization called the IICRC.

You may ask, "What is the IICRC?"

Well, the IICRC(Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification) is a non-profit certifying body for the flooring inspection, floor covering, specialized fabric cleaning, and disaster restoration industry. Organized in 1972, the IICRC currently represents more than 3,500 certified firms and more than 33,000 certified technicians in 30 countries. The IICRC, with participation from the entire industry sets the standards for inspection, cleaning, and disaster restoration. IICRC certified technicians must complete an intense course and pass written examinations to become certified.

We are IICRC certified Master Carpet Cleaners. We also repair carpets. We also are one of the few companies in southern NH to use the highly effective Rotary Jet Extraction method for extremely dirty carpets. We also have the Water Claw technology to handle flooded carpets, and pet urine, cleaning the affected area all the way down to the bottom of the pad.

Tile and Grout Services

While this service is essential for restaurants, it is ideally suited to clean residential tile and grout as well. It is an anti-bacterial, no touch method of cleaning tile and grout that essentially pressure washes the tile and grout, and extracts all of the dirt and grease out of the home or building, leaving the floors dry, clean, and germ-free.

Trauma/ Crime Scene Clean-up Services

We are discreet! We deal with the property owner and their insurance company to totally remediate the affected areas.
